how to cure eczema

A better way to protect & prevent dry skin.

Have you ever stopped using artificial moisturizers (conventional lotions) only to experience an episode in which your skin actually became drier than it was before you started using it? Conventional moisturizing lotions only attempt to replace the loss of natural moisture with artificial moisture, but comes off every time you wash or touch something.

Gloves In A Bottle works differently. One application of this shielding Lotion (1), creates a breathable invisible matrix that works like a shield. It helps repair severely dry skin by repelling irritants (2) (like chemicals, toxins, water, sunlight) and locking in moisture (3) where it belongs. This cycle, and ongoing use of the product, gives your skin the protection and time it needs to heal, and leads to healthy looking skin. The most common cause of dry, cracked skin is the loss of natural oils, and moisture (4). This also happens from the absorption and exposure to excessive washing, alcohol-based sanitizers, and any toxins or chemicals (5).

To create the best “invisible shield” you need to apply only a small amount onto clean dry skin. Shielding lotions do not wash off. However, they will slowly come off naturally as the outer-most skin cells are sloughed or exfoliated off well within 24 hours.

I gave Gloves in a Bottle as a gift to my daughter-in-law. She loves it. She had some cracks in her fingers from dry hands and within a day they were healed. We will be purchasing more!

Hands and feet, this is the best! Thanks for the tip Sarah.

It's a shielding, healing potion

My hands are two deserts. I work in a hospital setting and I'm frequently washing my hands with harsh disinfecting soap and using alcohol-based hand sanitizer. I also try to fix things like 100 year old homes and 40 year old road bicycles, so I encounter lots of dirt and grease that don't easily come off hands. Oh yeah, and pandemic. So my hands are dry, scaly, rough, itchy, red, cracked, bloody, and painful. I've tried everything: greasy petrolatum-based ointments, holistic oily/waxy salves with white cotton gloves at night, exfoliating lotions with alpha hydroxy and salicylic acid meant for psoriasis and eczema/atopic dermatitis, and even the powerful prescription steroid creams like clobetasol. The clobetasol works, but only temporarily and it's not good for sustained use. All those things may provide temporarily relief, but they're just a bandaid until I wash my hands again and then I'm right back where I started. Who said that insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result?

I need a lotion that absorbs quickly, doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy, won't wash off the next time I wash/sanitize, and doesn't have irritating fragrances. I like this stuff. I've been using it for 5 days and I've certainly noticed an improvement. My hands are less dry, less scaly, not itchy or red and really look and feel like they're starting to heal. It works differently than other lotions--it's not really moisturizing your skin from the outside, it's preventing loss of moisture from your skin and allowing your body to heal itself from the inside out. I picked up a tube for work, a tube for home, and a travel size for wherever else. I also have a nurse in the house who has similar desert hand issues--I'm thinking this will be a good stocking stuffer. Try it.
